We do accept personal checks by mail, but be aware that this usually adds an additional 2 weeks to order processing before we are able to ship out your items. Personal checks from USA banks only, no business checks will be accepted. It may take about 10 days before the bank clears personal checks. For fastest service, we suggest using a US Postal Service money order. Due to the added risk and labor of accepting personal checks and money orders, there is an additional $3 service fee for all orders paid by check or money order. This applies only to merchandise purchased directly from
Arrowhead International, LLC (DrNelsonClinic.com) and not our affiliate
websites (for affiliate sites, see below).
Arrowhead International, LLC (DrNelsonClinic.com) sells only the following

Computer Software Return Policy
Computer software is not returnable if opened.
Only unopened product in the factory sealed case is returnable.
The unopened software must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
No returns will be accepted after that point. Contact Adobe for product
warranty issues. Please email us if you have any questions regarding our
return policy. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If you
have opened the software case and don't want it, we suggest selling it on ebay.
New Merchandise Return Policy and Money Back Guarantee
(for Arrowhead Intl., LLC)
The quality of our products is guaranteed on all products we
directly sell in our store (affiliate website companies may have different
policies). Upon receiving the items, evaluate them at home and if you are
not completely happy with the products you purchased, simply
return the items in new, unopened (if package is sterilely sealed), unworn
and unused condition to our
company. The returned unused merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of our
original shipping date (does not include computer software, see above for
details). Please ship the merchandise with a tracking number,
insured and postage-paid. Returned merchandise must include all
original product packaging and original sales receipt sent by us. Please
make a copy of the sales receipt for your records. Note that some items
may have a longer or different type of satisfaction guarantee as specified on
that specific product's web page. Buyer is responsible for return shipping
charges. After we receive the items back in new, unused condition, we will gladly
refund the cost of the items. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are not
refundable. If more than one product is ordered and one of them is
returned, the entire S&H charge for the order will be deducted from the returned
item refund. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your return to be credited to
your account. Please directly contact the manufacturer regarding any product
warranty issues. For issues regarding products ordered from affiliate
websites, you must directly contact that internet company; we cannot accept
their returned merchandise or provide refunds. If you received
an item due to our error, please return the incorrect item postage paid USPS
First Class and you will be credited for the cost of return postage. After
verifying the error, we will send you the correct item at no additional charge. **Unlike some companies,
we don't charge restocking fees for
returned new, unused merchandise**
Used Merchandise Return Policy
Due to health reasons, used or worn products can not be
returned for a refund, except for Tineacide Antifungal and Tineacide Shoe
Spray (Shumigator).
Used Tineacide Antifungal and Tineacide Shoe Spray (Shumigator) products must be returned for a refund directly to the manufacturer and not to our company. You will receive a 100% money back refund for these products. You will receive information on how to obtain a full refund with your order.
Please directly contact the manufacturer regarding any product warranty issues. For issues regarding products ordered from affiliate websites, you must directly contact that internet company; we cannot accept their returned merchandise or provide refunds.

Shipping Policies (for Arrowhead International, LLC.)
Items in stock are usually shipped out via US Postal Service ground delivery
within 3 business days of receipt of payment or bank clearing of check.
Please allow one to two weeks for delivery of orders within the continental USA, depending upon
delivery location and order day. See information below for items paid by check or money order. If items are on backorder,
they will be shipped within 3 business days of us receiving the items from our
suppliers. If backordered items are not received by us within 30 days, the
buyers purchase will be refunded and the order will be canceled. Sorry,
but at this time express shipping is not available. Orders over $50 may be
shipped insured and may require signature upon delivery.
International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. There is a surcharge on total order, in addition to regular S&H fees, for all international (except Canada) online shopping cart orders. NO INTERNATIONAL MAIL ORDERS ARE ACCEPTED. Most international orders are delivered within 2 weeks, but they could take to 6 weeks to arrive, depending on the country. We do not ship Tineacide, Nailstat or Biofreeze to foreign countries, except Canada.
Important: We do not guarantee delivery of any merchandise orders shipped outside the US Postal Service delivery area. This includes international and military APO orders. We will certainly ship the order to you, but if you do not receive it, we will not resend or refund the purchase costs. The buyer assumes all risk for non-delivery of international orders. Fortunately, so far, we have not had any problems with receipt of items sent to foreign countries.

from Walk Fit Orthotics, Ionic Pro and Light Relief normally ship within 4 to 8
weeks after receipt of the order, unless "rush" shipping was ordered.
